If you feel you would like to learn how to send an email, look up something on Google or just watch as one of our volunteers helps you to access what you want to find out, please come along on a Thursday or speak to Phil. Alison, Graham, Christine or Dianne for information.
Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Keep Fit!
In association with the café we run sessions of Zumba Gold from 10am to 11am and Tai Chi from 11.15am to 12.15pm.
Jigsaw Swap
Bill Soutar is co-ordinating a Jigsaw Swap group. The idea is that people can donate a jigsaw, (any amount of pieces welcome and for any age group) and swap it with another jigsaw. The time limit of how long you take to do the jigsaw can be negotiated. There will be an annual charge of £2 and the monies raised will go towards purchasing new jigsaws.
If you have some jigsaws taking up cupboard space or gathering dust on a shelf, the group would be happy to have them.
If you are unable to attend the Café on a Thursday, but would like to join this group or would like more information, please speak direct to either Bill Soutar or Louisa Turner, Development Worker.
Kirkcaldy Foodbank

Donations to the Kirkcaldy Foodbank can be delivered while the café is open. A list of suitable items can be found on a poster next to the dedicated box on the stage in the Methven Hall.
You can also read their latest Foodbank Newsletter.
From January to July 2016, Kirkcaldy Foodbank handed out 2,600 food parcels to a total of 4,696 people. This equates to providing approximately 42,264 meals to people who would otherwise be hungry.
Makes you think! The need continues – and so does your generosity.
