Methven Hall

Many events are held in the Methven Hall including the famous Christmas teas. It is also the home of the Olive Branch Café.

The halls are fully flexible and can be arranged to accommodate Conferences and Meetings.


Kitchen

The recently upgraded kitchen enables us to cater for a wide variety of requirements and is used every Sunday for after-service teas and coffees

Facilities

The Church and associated halls are available for events and social occasions. All halls are at the same level with no steps. A ramp at the side of the Church allows access to all halls and toilets. These are ideal rooms for hire in central Kirkcaldy.

The Church

The Church has capacity for 450 people and is also available for concerts and special musical events.

An electric piano and organ are available along with a large screen for displaying text and graphics.

The Methven Hall

The Methven Hall can hold approx 160 people (seated) and has recently been refurbished with new windows and lowered ceiling. The hall is now an ideal Kirkcaldy meeting room. It can accommodate confercences, meetings, musical events, coffee mornings etc. Many of the Church organisations meet here. To enquire about bookings see the panel to the right.

The floor is of excellent quality and provides great flexibility for all types of events.

St. Andrew's Hall

A long rectangular hall at the rear of the Church, recently refurbished with new curtains and used by the Sunday School.

Elgin Room

Between the Church and the Methven Hall, this small hall is ideal for meetings and has its own in independent heating.

This small room is used as the Sunday morning crèche.

Prayer Room

This circular room is available for contemplation and prayer. The Prayer Group hold monthly meeting with prayers selected by the congregation.

Church Grounds and Garden

The Church gardens host outdoor events such as Sunday School parties and Strawberry Teas and consists of a large grassed area.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been recently refurbished and is now at a professional catering standard. Full meals can be prepared on site as well as the regular tea, coffee and soup events.

To assist with post-event cleanup a new dishwasher is available.

Toilets

Both Male and Female toilets are available including a fully accessible toilet.

Parking

Unrestricted parking is available in the surrounding streets. By arrangement a bus and overflow car parking area is also available in the car park of Ross Electrical on Katherine Street.
