Tai Chi
An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. For many, it continues as a lifetime journey.
We now offer two classes per week for Tai Chi on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
Zumba Gold
We have a Zumba Gold class which runs on Wednesdays from 10am to 11am. This class is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified routine that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
